Design and build
Made for your business rather than adapted from a template someone else is also using.
Six packages, priced by what the site has to do rather than by page count. Every figure below is a build fee paid to DOODLESAVE INC. The monthly cost of running the site — hosting, database, domain, payment processing — is billed to you directly by those providers at cost, and is set out in full here.
Design, build, testing, launch, three rounds of revisions, and thirty days of support after the site goes live.
Hosting, database, domain renewal, payment gateway fees and any third-party subscription. We set them up in your name and never mark them up.
The figure lands where it lands once we agree what is being built. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
A single scrolling page: what you do, proof that you do it, one clear action and one enquiry form. One revision round, fixed scope.
Up to eight pages — services, about, proof, contact. Mobile-first, search-ready, enquiry forms that reach you reliably.
Everything above, plus a publishing system you run yourself: posts, categories, author pages and newsletter capture.
An assistant that answers customer questions from your own content, enquiry sorting and replies, quote drafting, or data moved between your inbox, forms and spreadsheets automatically. Larger systems are quoted on scope.
Secure logins, roles and permissions, private documents or a payment gateway, order and enquiry records, and an admin area for your team.
A product rather than a site: user accounts, subscriptions, complex workflows, third-party integrations and continuing releases. Quoted after a paid discovery phase.
Introductory rates, held until 31 December 2026. Quotes already issued are honoured in full regardless of any later change. If a project does not fit one of the six packages, we will scope and quote it rather than push it into the nearest box.
Made for your business rather than adapted from a template someone else is also using.
Tested on real screen sizes, because that is where most of your visitors will arrive.
HTTPS, sensible defaults, and a firewall in front where the project calls for one.
Structure, speed and metadata so search engines can read the site properly from day one.
Configured and explained, so you can see which pages actually produce enquiries.
Consolidated feedback at design stage, once during the build and again before launch. One round on the one-page tier. Further rounds are priced below.
Domain, hosting and gateway registered to your company. You own everything from the first day.
Anything broken after launch is fixed at no charge for the first month.
Beyond the rounds included in your package.
Written from a short interview with you.
Setup, testing, refunds and reporting.
Moving pages and posts from an existing site.
Second language across the whole site.
Logo, colours and type, if you do not have them.
Where the deadline is shorter than the build time above.
Agreed in writing before it starts.
Without one, updates, monitoring and small changes become your own responsibility after the first month.
Software updates, uptime monitoring, backup checks and one hour of changes each month. Suits marketing and blog sites.
Everything above, plus three hours of changes, priority response and a short monthly report on traffic and enquiries.
Everything above, plus eight hours, same-day response, database maintenance and a quarterly review. For portals, stores and applications.
One rule for each kind of build, written into every quote and agreement.
Payable on signature, before any work begins. It holds your slot in the schedule and is non-refundable once work has started.
Mobile apps and custom software take a 70% advance. Larger builds are split into phases, and each phase is invoiced the same way: 70% before it starts, the balance when it is delivered.
The remaining 25% or 30% is due once you have reviewed the finished work on a private staging address, before it goes live on your domain or is handed over. Thirty days of free support starts at launch.
Established businesses that buy through purchase orders can pay against a PO instead of an advance. Work starts once we hold a valid PO for the full value, and each invoice is paid on the terms agreed in writing.
Copyright in the design and code passes to you once the balance is settled. The accounts were always in your name.
There is no checkout here and no card form anywhere on this site. Each stage above is invoiced by email, and the invoice carries the payment details and the due date.
A PDF invoice with the stage, the amount, applicable taxes, the due date and the account details to pay into. One invoice per stage — no standing charges.
The usual method for both markets. Bank details appear on the invoice itself, never in a separate message.
Sent to the address printed on your invoice. Convenient for the smaller packages and the advance.
Billed at the start of each month and cancellable with thirty days' notice. No automatic renewal you have to hunt for.
Build times assume content, approvals and third-party account details arrive when needed. Delays in those areas move the timeline, not the price.
Tell us what the site has to do and we will tell you which tier it lands in — including when the answer is a smaller one than you expected.
